Are you one of those people that have been dying to buy the Honda CR-Z? Well – you might want to hold off on that because Mugen is actually toying with the idea of actually creating a high performance vehicle that is going to be based off of the up and coming Honda CR-Z.

Now, if you know Honda, you know that they are a fantastic automaker and their cars are known for the body work as well as the engine best. If actually designed the Honda CR-Z and they believe in it – I think that we should just go with the Honda CR-Z, don’t you?

However – Mugen is actually thinking about tuning up the Honda CR-Z and making it that much better. It’s up to you though!

The 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour is actually one car that I am totally looking forward to coming out. Personally, I think that Honda cars are the best on the market right now and I think that they are constantly improving them and constantly making them better inside and out.

Late this fall, the 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour is supposed to go on sale and it is supposed to be one of the top selling cars … seriously!

The sticker price of the Honda Insight may be under $20000 when it rolls out to the US market this April. The Japanese car maker is also looking into the possibilities of building the car in the United States if it will hit the goal of 100K units per year.

The five-passenger 2010 Honda Insight has a tough set of goals to meet as it meets its Toyota Prius competition. Aside from the surging Japanese Yen which will stretch the vehicle’s price, the falling prices of gasoline will also have an impact on the response of the market towards hybrid vehicles.

There was a 9.9% drop in sales for 2008 in the hybrid segment of the automotive sector. The US car manufacturers were only able to sell around 315761 units or just around 2.4% of the total market.

Executives from Honda disclose that the company is still reviewing its plans for the Insight and they will adjust accordingly to the response of the US market.

The main component of the hybrid from Honda is its lower pricing compared to the Prius of Toyota. In Japan, the Insight will be priced between $20052 and $23000.

The car manufacturer assembles the hybrid vehicles in their Japan plants and foresees a difficult future of assembling the car offshore since they are using special battery components which are supplied by local Japanese companies.

Honda is expecting the Honda Civic Hybrid to lead their production offshore since the base model for the release is already being assembled overseas.

All three models of the Insight will use a 1.3L i-VTEC engine. More things Honda can be found at Honda Talk!
