Well people – while we are not exactly in the know about the 2011 Ford Mustang right at the moment, I can tell you that shortly – we will have some more information about car.

Already – the Ford Motor Company’s secrets are being leaked out … like the fact that you will be able to order this particular Mustang by January 18th, 2010.

The great thing about the 2011 is that this is going to be bigger, better and badder … all of the features that most cars try to have but can not compare to the Ford Mustang.  While we know that the LA Auto Show is going to be the only place that the 2011 Mustang will be revealed … I’ll keep you posted!

For one, I think that the 2010 Ford Taurus SHO is definitely one sexy car and that is one of the main reasons why people have started taking interest in it again.  The sexy factor has only increased in the 2010 model as they have redone some of the exterior and redone a lot of the interior.  Although the overall body is going to be the same shape – if you love it, you love it if you don’t, you hate it.  It’s just the way this particular car has been perceived.

Because of the direct injection nature of the mill and the twin turbos, turbo lag is nearly eliminated, and although normal road sound is not that intrusive, an audio-tuned cone pointing towards the cockpit feeds aural excitement with a nice induction-based growl.  That is what makes this car sexy under the hood!

Even today, Ford Motor Company, which was established way back in June the sixteenth, 1903 by Henry Ford and having its headquarters in Dearborn, Michigan is constantly striving to manufacture cars that are appreciated by one and all. In 2007, Ford Motor Company became the world’s third largest motor manufacturing company. Prior to this it was the third largest motor manufacturing company of the world superseded only by Toyota, General Motors and Volkswagen. Some of its favorite brands are the Ford, Lincoln and Mercury brands and they are all sold in the USA and other places.

This organization also has some international brands like Volvo (Sweden). Apart from this, Ford also has some share in Mazda (Japan) and also in Aston Martin (UK). Ford has sold its UK subsidiaries, Land Rover and Jaguar, to an Indian organization, Tata Motors, in March 2008. In an interview with Automotive News, Ford’s chief of design J Mays said that the company has shelved their plans for Ford and Lincoln RWD sedans. He said that these sedans were cut out from the cycle plan to focus on the company’s other priorities. Mays expressed his disappointment at the cancellation of the project, saying that he was excited about it but that it had to be done to follow the path that the company is taking.

Mays said that the company is headed towards the direction that focuses on fuel efficiency. He admits that Ford still has a lot of work to do to stay as a worthy player in a market that is all about fuel efficiency. Mid-2008 saw a soar in gas prices that reached more than $4 per gallon, which undermined the automotive industry’s expected demand for big rear wheel drive cars.

About a year ago, Ford’s product chief Derrick Kuzak and company CEO Alan Mulally confirmed that the new Lincoln and Ford RWD sedan models won’t be making their way to production. By midyear, however, Kuzak said that the company hasn’t completely dropped plans for RWD sedans but is rather only rethinking the program plan.

According to analysts, sales of RWD cars in the US was expected to kick off with the model year for 2013.

The recent Los Angeles Auto Show became the place where Ford started to reiterate its claim to fame. Chief Nameplate Engineer for the Mustang 2010 Paul Randall said that the designs for the sheet metal of the upcoming model are all brand new.

Mustang’s 45-year old Pony badge was also given a little pimping. George Saridakis, exterior designer for the Mustang 2010, was reported to have said that the iconic horse will be more muscular. The designer also said that the icon would look more forward and futuristic with its bigger head.

To fit the “looking forward” theme of the pony badge, Chief Designer Doug Gafka made the exterior of the Mustang 2010. Gafka said that the unit’s light fixtures were updated to provide integrated turn signals and parking lamps. The grilles were also reported to have been made thinner than the normal types.

The interiors of the Mustang 2010 were also well thought of. All of the door armrests are made as high as the center console. The rounded air vents of the old Mustang were replaced by slimmer rectangular ones that made the interior more stylish.

The 2010 Mustang will be available in coupe, convertibles and glass-roof edition by March.
